It's not just minicab drivers. Two and a half hours after my previous encounter with an inconsiderate driver on the same half mile journey, I came across this parked a couple of yards from the kerb on the wrong side of the road just after a right-angle bend. The driver had popped out for something and obviously forgot there were other people using the road.

Filtering between cars and knocks wing mirror off its mountingst with his shoulder, nearly fetched himself off. Either don't filter or learn to ride again. Didnt even stop or look around to apologise. Hence he's on here.
