In a hospital car park a jackass in a dirty grey Octavia deliberately drove through two No Entry signs and against a socking great arrow on the road against him, and then whined that these aren't mandatory in car parks and that I'd clearly deliberately rammed him as I was exiting. He was clearly either py55ed or on drugs - a Scots berk with a solitary brain cell, so probably both. To nobody else's great surprise neither the police not his insurance company took quite the same twisted approach to guilt-passing. Twat in spades.
