This loon doesn't like to give any chance to other drivers, and gets offended when a 1.3L car has to do an overtake of a parking bus.

Overtook a car at speed just as they were moving away from a pedestrian crossing in a residential area (30mph limit) by a busy local shop. They moved back over just in time to avoid hitting a car coming the other way. They then speeded through the 30mph zone in various places and gained very little distance in front of the other car considering all the potential accidents they could have caused.
