This man was holding a bottle of what looked to be alcohol, driving like he had been drinking a lot that evening. He didn't have a helmet on, and was making rude signs towards other drivers.

Sped through a zebra crossing, past traffic that had stopped, almost running people over. Doing at least 40 mph in a 20 zone.
