He asked a simple question why are you doing it and you deliberately avoided it and randomly started sprouting the law. It's also illegal to cause harm or distress, it could be seen by setting up a tripod and pointing a camera at the property it is more than just a hobby or an inadvertent act but more of a deliberate act of wilful targeting and abusive behaviour - distressing for the tenants.

Swearing isn't an arrestable offence if only in the in the presence of an officer or officers? And he's arrested for it? Good luck defending that in court..
And you can't threaten someone for not giving their details without first telling them if they are under arrest or you as the officer are issuing them with a fixed penatly notice. And again, he was also arrested for not providing details? Then, again, good luck in court with that - you CANNOT be arrested simply for refusing to identify yourself; a free society doesn't work like that. There's multiple incidents in which officers have been fired for it and for good reaosn.
Still, it all makes for entertainment wrapped us a factual drama, right? Yeah right..
