Then, again, good luck in court with that - you CANNOT be arrested simply for refusing to identify yourself; a free society doesn't work like that. He asked a simple question why are you doing it and you deliberately avoided it and randomly started sprouting the law. It's also illegal to cause harm or distress, it could be seen by setting up a tripod and pointing a camera at the property it is more than just a hobby or an inadvertent act but more of a deliberate act of wilful targeting and abusive behaviour - distressing for the tenants.
