Drives straight through the red light, and then tells the cyclist (who was blocked) to "shut up." The cyclist had every right to call that muppet out on his behaviour.

Take a look at the arrows. What on earth are you pulling right to overtake? Why not just stay in the left lane, unless it's because you think you're blocking me off & I wont pass on the inside?
