Bearded dickhead speeding through Greenhalgh (about 60 in a 40 zone) then decides to overtake a stream of about ten vehicles stuck behind a tractor on the bends between Windy Harbour and Great Eccleston.
He could not see the front of the stream of traffic nor if anything was coming, so this as well as crossing continuous white lines makes him one of the most dangerous idiots I have seen on the road for a long time.
What would he have done if something came the other way? Expect others to get out of his way? He drives like a pervert.
