Total idiot in this white mini with two red stripes on, undertaking at stupid speed on A27 bypass by Chichester, getting caught by a van a few cars in front of me moving in, in a perfectly normal way and where he would not have seen the moron coming up at speed. Said moron has to brake and gets caught behind the van for four or so cars to pass before he then overtakes the van and totally brake checks him, completely stopping with his yellow flashers on for a good 10 seconds (including getting out of his car to shout at the van driver) causing cars behind the van on the inside to need to overtake, before then rocketing off down the A27. What a total small man syndrome loser!
