Watched this person leave Pall Mall car park in Liverpool without paying, by tailgating the car in front when the barrier was up. He then threw his ticket out of the window. He’s also driving around without tax.

Such a thoughtful driver, my son got struck by a car, and this kind young man stopped and performed cpr on him and brought him back to consciousnesses, ignore the people giving him bad reviews, what a nice young man.
