This van, belonging to Vaughan's Appliances at Haverfordwest just pulled out onto the A40 at Slebech into a stream of 60mph traffic causing five vehicles in front of me to brake sharply to avoid a collision.
The driver then proceeded to drive along the A40 as far a Pemblewin roundabout at 40 to 50 miles per hour. The van meandered in the eastbound lane and crossed into the westbound carriageway on a number of occasions. It was clear that the driver was distracted from driving the vehicle and the nature of driving was typical of someone texting on a phone or under the influence of alcohol.

This is the typical local lowlife, who goes to the pub and owns one them cheap crappy cars and slaps a loud exhaust onto it, 3am and this guy is revving his engine, and speeding and driving like a loser

Driving dangerously around cyclist, then stopped in middle of carharrick behind another modified car to do a burnout before accelerating away
