Useless driver! Driving around in wet foggy conditions tail gating the driver in front. Had plenty of opportunities to over take. I think their just a knob who doesn’t know how to drive. Get off the road!!!!

Drove from Neath to Pontardawe doing 30 in a 50, 40 in a 30 & 30 in a 40. Not sure if they were drunk/intoxicated but they were dangerous
