This driver is childish, trying to distract me driving with a number of things, now driving illegally with bright and dazzling fog light when day is clear. Could cause an accident.

This man is an actual danger to everyone on the road. Rush hour on the M602/M62, and this "man" starts throwing things out of his window at other cars. When he misses he actually stopped the car in the middle lane, ran to the outside lane to pick up what he had thrown and then started pushing in around cars to throw it again!
I honestly wish I was making this up, this was the most terrifying and horrific display of driving I have ever seen, AVOID at all costs.
