Shocking driving, he looks a bit like that fella who stole Rosie in corrie and I think he had some of his breakfast stuck in his moustache. I didn't get too close but he was wearing a Guinness jacket and no pants. Stay away.
Seems courts are too busy locking up people who report on pedo's and putting the reporters in a muslim gang block than they are dealing with these incidents..
