Shocking driving, he looks a bit like that fella who stole Rosie in corrie and I think he had some of his breakfast stuck in his moustache. I didn't get too close but he was wearing a Guinness jacket and no pants. Stay away.

Seen this car around a fair bit, no lane discipline, disregard for lights. A danger to us all!
