Can go anywhere but can’t park within the confines of a marked space.
Also appears to have an issue with his number plate displaying his VRN incorrectly.

I don't believe anyone can be that bad a driver that they're constantly on the brakes like that so in that case you need to take your car back to the dealership & get them to sort that problem out.

reason i don't believe you were taking that to a pre booked mot- it was sunday 7 april 24. No garage i know of does mot's after three pm on a sunday.
