EXTREMELY BAD DRIVER. Goes at 30 on a national speed limit road and then speeds up rapidly when I try to overtake, this could have easily cause a head on collision. Absolute idiot, drive at a reasonable speed or at least let people over take you instead of being on a power trip and almost causing head on collisions.

Idiot flying through residential areas of Liverpool at as much as 70mph, and using right hand only lanes to skip ahead of traffic.
