Was driving behind him for a while until he came to a zebra crossing and helped and old lady across the zebra crossing. Also a good driver over all and was very road aware from what I could see

EXTREMELY BAD DRIVER. Goes at 30 on a national speed limit road and then speeds up rapidly when I try to overtake, this could have easily cause a head on collision. Absolute idiot, drive at a reasonable speed or at least let people over take you instead of being on a power trip and almost causing head on collisions.
