This muppit thinks because he's driving a quasquai he's some sort of royalty wearing pundland sunglasses, doing 45 on a straight road which is national speedlimit blocked me from overtaking then proceeded to slow down majorly when traffic was coming the other way erratically braking, please hand your licence back to the dvla if you have some sort of issue inhibiting your ability to drive safely

Parked in the disabled bay outside my neighbours home. When I enquired on the duration of their stay was told "not long mate, do you want your windows cleaned?" when I replied with ok and no thankyou was told to f off.
