What's it coming to? Literally every day this is going on..these pieces of trashes robbing decent people's property, threatening them and in some cases murdering them. Have we really got to have automated bollards installed on all our houses or are we going to show these rats who's country this is?

For the record, GPS is not an accurate form of speed measurement - unless you are using military grade equipment - which a dash-cam will not have.
For example, at 11-12 seconds into the video, the GPS is showing 4MPH and the car is almost stationary, and then when it moves it drops to 2MPH...It shows 4MPH when the driver is forced to move into the lay-by, after stopping - this should be more like 1MPH...
Agreed if this had been showing 40MPH then I would suspect that the car was speeding, but currently I don't see any cause for concern.
And this is why the police will not prosecute unless excessive speed is indicated, too many variables in play to ensure accuracy regarding dash-cam GPS.
So any argument regarding that the driver was speeding, unless you were behind that wheel, there is no validity to your argument I'm afraid.

Even if the Porsche driver made a mistake, that in no way justifies YOUR attitude and actions. You intentionally caused more problems here, first by your speed and not reading the road and second by arguing the toss. You made it worse. At the very least think yourself lucky you didn't kill a pedestrian and/or other driver, and that you didn't come across someone even worse than yourself..

Whilst I don't condone any actual infractions regarding the VED or insurance, neither do I condone the biker's actions.
Just chill a little? The start of the video is a give-away..you, the biker, seem to be pedantic for the sake of it. You appear from a blind spot..people slowed down, assuming you might go into lane 1; hence they would wait and let you pass, or proceed VERY slowly. You would have lost nothing by braking and brushing it off.
Secondly, don't react. Don't interact. You are giving the other party potential ammunition - I've seen your other video's and the way you swear and give the finger will most likely work against you. Observe, don't absorb.
