Yes i have reported it to the police, and i think its a bit too late to not deal with his insurance. I have already tried to make them admit liability several times without joy. I am completely new to the claim world. I havent been involved in anything before now. As it stands he is denying liability, his insurance company have repaired his car but mine is still sat on the driveway.
