When the traffic lights turned green, the driver of this car decided to overtake everyone which threw up loads of stones (no one usually drives on the centre hatchlings, therefore debris accumulates there). Cut accross me on roundabout without signalling then proceeded on an a road at 30 mph to 50 whilst weaving left to right.This for 5 Miles.Pulled along side them at a junction and saw it was a woman on her mobile completely oblivious to her surroundings.
