Driving well in excess of the speed limit. Must've been going at least 60mph in a 40 zone only to get held up in traffic further ahead! Defective brake light & no indicators on roundabouts either.

Witnessed driving at around 120 mph and intimidating other road users on dual carriageway by rapidly decelerating behind in lane 2 of 2, tailgating for a bit then undertaking without signalling. Whomever it was will be pleased that Norfolk Police rejected my dash-cam footage and witness statement on this occasion.
