I noticed the wheelchair vehicle it parked alongside. I just the wheelchair user was able to get back to their vehicle without having to put themselves in danger because of this idiot with no brain.

I politely asked this woman if she realises this is for electric vehicles and she replied “Yes, I don’t care” .
