Darts out of straight over and left turn lane next to Formula 1 autocentre in Hemel Hempstead so he can jump about 5 cars ahead using the right turn only lane, then cut back in front of a learner driver causing them to brake sharply.

Gets impatient for being held up for a second or two be a learner and thinks it's OK to beep his horn as they begin to overtake.
They should be named and shamed and preferably ostracized from family/friends and society as a whole.
Not going to link the video footage as it belongs to a reputable driving instructor - just search "Beep the learner" on youtube uploaded 6th Feb 2020

Veered into second lane of M25 eastbound near Brasted travelling at 70mph, causing damage to our rear passenger door at 2pm 31/12/19. According to our insurance company, the driver will not accept responsibility.
