Seen on M25 heading towards J19 from J18, in middle lane doing about 50mph, lorries having to undertake him in slow lane. When I caught up with him, he has his head down and was looking at his phone, may have been texting. Would of taken a photo, but was alone and driving. Vehicle is a registered taxi, plate 245 from Watford Borough Council. Driver was around 30-35 and Asian. Not good for a 'so called' trusted driver!!

Veered into second lane of M25 eastbound near Brasted travelling at 70mph, causing damage to our rear passenger door at 2pm 31/12/19. According to our insurance company, the driver will not accept responsibility. If your company employ this driver, it would be appreciated if you could investigate as you have a very dangerous and irresponsible driver working for you.
