Out side Domino’s Pizza and the Sainsbury’s local

He parked blocking access to the car park right near the entrance and exit of the car park blocking the way in to the main part of the car park so had to reverse from the main road in to the only disabled bay that he was blocking the access to gave us a look as if we should not be there and did not care
( told the store they and the manager they did not care at all saying they can’t do anything about it )
They are blocking access to the car park and a disabled bay

What a stupid man you are! You saw the bus pulling up to a bus stop and go right up its rear end and pull out to the traffic to your right causing us all to slam on.
