This driver is an excellent driver who drives an absolute classical banger of a vehicle. when he drove past me the other day it bought back so many find memories of my childhood. OH how i liked to waggle my finger in that exhaust pipe. it was extravagant.

Followed for about 25 miles up the M40 today. Did not leave the middle lane once and was unable to maintain a constant speed. I was in the inside lane doing 65. The road was clear and the drive did not move back to the inside lane. Lots of people flashing him and cutting across his nose from the outside to inside lane but nothing seemed to sink in to the driver he just stayed where he was causing an obstruction.
