This guy is clearly drunk. There's no other reason why he would turn off of the A5183 on the wrong side of the road and drive at 20 on a 40 road. Then of course when you reach a the 30 section of a village sober people don't speed up.

Saw this car driving aggressivly through a the small village of kings Bromley (staffs). Almost caused a crash then drove off giving rude hand gestures out of the window!
