This idiot almost cause me to crash into him seen as his phone call was to important to wait so he had to use it whilst driving and then switched lanes right in front of me causing me to sudden brake. Not even any signal or apology from him after he just sped up and off.

Doesnt stop for a zebra crossing, and as he went passed, could see that he was blatantly on his phone. Total disrespect.
