This adrenaline junkie drove right up behind my car when I was picking up speed on a single lane, so I slowed down to make sure my breaking distance would be sufficient. This annoyed him so much that he sped past me when he had the chance and later on the M1, by the time I thought he was a distant annoying memory, he repeatedly swerved in front of my car with me driving at full speed, forcing me to put my emergency brakes on. He did this several times. My guess is that he is a clinical psychopath.

Has been driving around with the illegal numberplate "F1X OK" since 12th August 2015 (nearly 2 years ago). Drives a Black Honda.
Seen in Petersfield and Bordon areas. Fix your damn numberplate before you are reported for using show plates on the public roads.
