I wasnt clear that i meant if they go to the police with their dashcam footage (i only say this because they have a cam) over some incident the police will note their poor driving

Hard to tell what else went on before the filming started, but the video only shows the angry woman standing in the way of a car and she bumps into the car which was almost stationary. Forgive me for not believing anything else you say.
