Where I live there's ALWAYS people like this, riding bikes without proper documentation and suitable clothing. A lot of them ride along rivers, canals, foot-paths, and if anyone complaints to them they get verbal and/or physical real quick. If they aren't being cunts on motorbikes they're doing it on push-bikes.. basically just looking for trouble. I'm gonna say something some will no doubt disagree with, but when you live around people like this day in day out it makes you feel this way.. if they died tomorrow I wouldn't care. They are parasites. The chappy in question may just turn out to be young and stupid, but in my experience most are just young and so fucking arrogant, lippy, cowardly and violent (when they think they can get away with i.e. when they're in a group). On their own they just shit themselves. I hate them. Most hate them. If you have to jail them for 5 years to get it through to their thick as shit brains it's not acceptable to do what they're doing.. so be it. Oh, and let the public apprehend them (ref: citizen's arrest), wherever and whenever necessary. Sorry to go on folks, I just detest two wheeled rats wrecking our communities.

My guess is the police won't hesitate to seize that bike..but..they gotta catch them first. Easier said than done. Please keep us posted mate :)

A long shot but... Does anyone know the name and address of the owner of this car? Ford Fiesta FN56 FKM? He hit my stationary vehicle in Cardiff on Friday at around 5pm. He mounted the pavement to try and cut around me but hit my car in the process. After gesturing to me he drove off but I followed and eventually made him stop. He called me a c*nt and with his female passenger railed against me, refusing to listen or give me his details. He isn't answering his insurer's phone calls at present and has left me with approx. £500 damage which includes a damaged parking sensor. I may need to take recourse to small claims court if he persists in avoiding his responsibilities. What a lovely young couple they are - mummy and daddy must be so proud. Again his reg. is FN56 FKM.

The numberplate FN56FKN would have been registered in Nottingham between September 2006 and February 2007.
