I don't think it was the phone so much as she realised she was in the wrong lane and pulled over without looking properly. See this shit happen constantly where people realise too late and pull over dangerously like that.

Whilst delivering a parcel, parked blocking the exit to my mother's house. When asked to move the vehicle, the owner was very rude. Disappointingly anti-social.

Driver didn't slow down when approaching the junction. It was my right of way. I began to turn as he did and he nearly hit me. He drove right up my butt along the motorway before overtaking me. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Driver of this car nearly smashed into mine while I was turning left at a set of lights on Christchurch road Bournemouth. She was turning right and after I slammed on the brakes she started shouting at me. Totally idiot. Turns out the car doesn't have an MOT !

Didn't even try and park within the lines. Completely inconsiderate - couldn't even get to my door.
