We were following him into Long Eaton at about 18:45 when he decided he wanted to drop his friend off at the shop, stopping on double yellow lines. He doesn't even move, he waits until he comes out, which we don't even see it took so long. We had to wait about a minute to pass as traffic was busy coming the other way. It annoys me when people think just because they have their indicator or their hazard lights on they can stop where they want and nobody else matters.
