Drives like a cunt. Honks his horn at learners, speeds in residential areas, and today I saw the driver hold his horn down for a solid 3 minutes and was driving aggressively at someone to make them reverse down a busy street and also threatened pedestrians trying to ease the situation

Sped past me on the A69 when I was going going 70 in my car when they are supposed to be doing 60mph max due to being a van and here’s a link to prove it.
