Saw this guy driving this car and he was playing music really loud while speeding in a residential area.

Really bad driver. Usually speeding and rarely indicates. Bombs down the a5 at 120mph during rush our. Uses the hard shoulder when he shouldn't. He once drove into our fence and still hasn't paid for the repair
