Failed to stop after hitting the vehicle I was in, despite acknowledging the accident at time of impact. Sped off and when caught up with decided to brake suddenly on a 3 lane A road and covered his face with his hand.

The worst mini cab driver in the world. No indication (par of the course really) cutting me up and then giving me the finger for having the audacity to beep my horn. Slams his breaks on after speeding away from a set of traffic lights and just generally driving like an idiot. Worse part of all - he had a passenger in the back!
