To be honest I'm not sure it's illegal - as long as the owner's car isn't on their drive and as long as the parked vehicle isn't causing an obstruction to passing traffic. However, it does appear to be highly inconsiderate.. I mean, if someone kept doing that then their car could so easily be damaged, know what I'm saying? What with so many bloody idiots about these days, a car sticking out like that could easily get swiped..
