This guy spent the evening drinking in the same pub as us he then was trying to chat up our daughter who is only 13 when my husband approached him he drunkenly staggered out and too our amazement he got in a car and drove off we did dial 101 but the call was not taken and don’t know which direction he went
We googled his car reg number when we got home and it brought us to this site
if this person drives this vehicle. can he not park it any where but park it outside his OWN house rather than others.
I'm sure the HSA would object too
Rule 74 does say to wait in the centre of the road, but then it also says it may be safer to wait on the left. With drivers like that around I'd rather wait on the left!
