Seriously dangerous - totally drunk and disorderly. Verbally abusive when I asked if she was ok and needed help. If I didn’t call the police she would have driven on and caused some serious problems. Did not care about people’s well-being.

Just hit my car in COOP car park near Shah of Persia! Learner driver on her driving test of all things!!! Luckily no damage as hit my car with her tyre - you should be able to drive and park if you’re on your driving test!!

Hopton Industrial Estate roundabout, next to B&Q.
Road works on next roundabout, (can be seen in picture), traffic at a slow crawl and I am behind white van and not intending to let anyone out, unless they're tradesman or tradeswoman.
Blue BMW bullies his way out into traffic coming from the left, coming out of Hambleton Avenue, as though just come from B&Q.
I show my dissatisfaction at his driving, he stops, gets out and starts shouting, (no swearing), but has a face like thunder.
I think he's going to attack the car and try and open car door to stop him, (worst thing you can do, duh), and instead wind up window.
He asks me what I'm doing and I say I pressed the wrong button instead of opening door, to which he replies "Come on you really want to do this".
His excuse is, he was pulling out, NO, he was pushing his way out and doesn't care about other road users.
He appears threatening, that's OK; but if you even think about appearing threatening, that's different.
Driver seems to think the right give way to him and not the other way around, and if you say or do anything, it's you who is in the wrong.
