The worst driver i have ever witnessed. Seen him twice in the last week driving on 30mph roads, on the wrong side of the road at about 70mph. Going round roundabouts on the wrong side of the road and missing a cyclist by centimetres. He will kill someone, no doubt about it.

Priority vehicle stopped and requested details but the Volvo accelerated away from the scene without sharing details.
Reported to the police as a Hit and Run.
