This older chap needs to learn how to drive properly. Doesn't appear to know how to join a duel carriage properly, dithers along onto carriageway at approx 20mph. Possibly needs to retake his test

Driver, female, exited a pub car park onto a main road colliding with the side on a passing car causing damage,
Priority vehicle stopped and requested details but the Volvo accelerated away from the scene without sharing details.
Reported to the police as a Hit and Run.
