Terrible driver. All over the road, delayed stop at traffic lights. Didn’t give right of way at roundabout and hit another car but still doesn’t believe it to be his fault. Shocking!

This man is A thief he was caught on CCTV stealing bikes in the North West Nelson Lancashire BB9 has now been reported to the police . Stole two expensive bikes from a Panel van parked in a private car park .
