Blocks the public pavement constantly with a white chav-mobile car.
Consider yourself lucky you don't get slapped with a £30 fine. Obstruction is an offence - blind people, wheelchairs, buggies, etc, all can't get past your pile of junk.
Location: 14 Orwell Road, Petersfield. Parks almost completely blocking the pavement constantly.

As traffic was merged from 3 lanes into lane 1 on the M6, this idiot decided that instead of allowing me to pull in after indicating well in advance, but to flash his headlights - which I thought meant to let me in - but instead he responded by pulling alongside the r/h side and start hurling abuse which I could hear even through a closed window.
He then forced himself in front of me, clearly perfectly happy to cause an accident!
I must get the car cabled up with front/rear video so I can get morons like this reported to the police!

This man is A thief he was caught on CCTV stealing bikes in the North West Nelson Lancashire BB9 has now been reported to the police . Stole two expensive bikes from a Panel van parked in a private car park .

Hurled abuse at me for turning right (did NOT impede his progress). Also, searching the registration plate on the DVLA returned that the car was untaxed.
