This idiot clearly didn't know how to drive, saw this car at Heathrow airport cut across two lanes and then held up traffic

This guy is dangerous, pays no due car or attention to other drivers on the road, will happily pull out of a junction into traffic. Elderly fella with long gray hair. Vehicle is also un-taxed and SORN but still being driven!
