Terrible driver, close passed me coming up to lights, then at next roundabout swerved right, over into my lane, for no reason as he was turning left and almost side swiped me.

I'm registered disabled. This spanner is parked in a designated disabled / blue badge only bay at Old Thorns Hotel in Hampshire. Plenty of other spaces around, but no - they have to park as close as possible to the door. No evidence of a blue badge in their vehicle.
