Intimidating other drivers in outside lane whilst in high volume traffic (Bristol m5 southbound at 15:39). Speeding. Cutting very close to other vehicles whilst changing lane. Using mobile phone whilst moving trough traffic.
Not so much a Bad driver but a guy on a BMW motorcycle both him and the bike all in reflective gear the rider was logging data on a laptop and I think taking photos of our Close then hurriedly left when i came out to my car ?? any ideas
