Who failed to give way? I see a van entering the junction when he clearly has right of way (there is a black car between him and the camera car). The camera car "boots it" causing the van to brake heavily to avoid and accident. The camera car driver would have lost their NCB if the van driver hadn't taken action. So many times on here the person posting is the person in the wrng.

Lionel - this is after it. This is stationary at a junction. Use your eyes dude and see the white lines ahead. Don't fixate on car-brand. What does it matter what car it is? Audi/BMW envy is a weird thing. It's neither by the way so your prejudices are just that.
