Young male driver of a VW Polo. Likely has obtained licence only recently. Speedy driving on Alwyne Road in SW19 7AB, a residential road leading to a school. Lacks awareness of his dangerous behaviour.
The simple fact is that the driver of the Range Rover behaved appallingly. An eight year old girl has as much right to use the road as anyone else, and to be given the leeway needed for safe passing. But, I agree, a helmet would have been a good idea. Parent must have had one to carry the head-cam.
