The driver of this Honda Civic is an inconsiderate arse hole.
The car can be heard coming from miles away usually 2nd/ 3rd gear at high revs- with an unsociably loud exhaust.
Regularly drives through 30mph limits atleast 40/50mph.
Several times i have come across this car, on a corner in the middle of the road whilst speeding.
It wont be long before this car causes a serious accident!!
