Weaving in and out of traffic, cutting up other cars, driving too closely to other cars, jumping red lights, all while on the phone. This guy should not be on the road.

How ironic that a driving school does it wrong. According to rule 243 of the Highway Code it says...
"DO NOT stop or park:
- opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space"
So they actually park on the junction with the wheels over thebend of the kerb of the junction!
But then a driving instructor would know the Highway Code.
