Odd behavour from this guy. Was pottering along at 40 in a 50, ok it's dark, might not know the road, I'm quite happy to sit behind him. Then speeds up into the 40 zone and continues at that speed once in the 30.
Very careful at the mini roundabouts in the village but ignores the pedestrian on the zebra crossing.
Then drives at 20 in a 40 before speeding into a 30.
As far as I saw no one was bullying him. I didn't see any light from a mobile or satnav.

Driving dangerously in his van yesterday this idiot came uo a slip road from Houston Road onto the A899 at 10.50am yesterday and tried to force me into the outside lane whilst I was being overtaken. You know what you are - I clearly mouthed it to you as you overtook me on the M8 later at a speed well over the limit.
