I was coming out of Woodford Station on the west side of the line, ie the Budgens, Woodford Library side, crossing the car park towards Barclay's Bank and the driver of this car drove towards me giving me little time and little security to get out of the way. Date and time: 21/06/16, 3.45 pm.
this guy is a known fraudster who purposely causes accidents (unfortunately mine was a mistake as i didn't realise the van on my left had a rear carriage attached to it) and later on claims personal injury even though there was none whatsoever.
