I hate the word accident. We should use 'collision' or 'crash' unless it's proven that there was no way to avoid the incident. Accident implies that there is no blame. Hope the police get rid of these scammers.

Just received a fine to my address for this reg, never owned it, never sold it, now got the problem to sort it out with the DVLA. There's some horrible people out there!

There's also a part 2 to this. Do to a confused sat nav I left the motorway at the next junction and rejoined. Guess who I caught up with 8 mins later travelling in convoy? They were a good 1/2 mile apart when I exited. Don't think they were expecting me to reappear. Notice the bmw brake lights as he sees my car appear behind
